EXPERIENCE ELEVATED

I started my first year of Dickson Realty in 2005 as a licensed real estate assistant to one of the leading Dickson Realty luxury agents.  From there I built my own business in both resale and luxury new home sales for Dickson Realty.  I coordinate advertising and marketing, follow up with clients to answer questions and to resolve concerns, generate referrals to build personal relationships with each client, and close sales by negotiating and assisting in contract signing.  I am completely involved in managing the escrow process for my clients on both the buy and sales side from contract through closing.  I received a 2013 BANN-ER award for Million Dollar Sales for my work on the luxury new home community of The Reserve at Monte Rosa built by HomeCrafters.

I am a seasoned professional who takes pride in building customer relationships and has an innate ability to adapt and succeed in the real estate profession.  I am poised and competent under pressure while thriving in this deadline-driven environment, and I am accustomed to handling sensitive and confidential information.  I graduated from the University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design in 2004, and worked as a commercial interior designer until I found my real passion for the real estate profession.  I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, and many other outdoor activities year round with my family.  I would love to put my real estate enthusiasm and experience to work for you in all of your real estate needs.
